This is how full the movers trailer was when we left Lake Havasu, but we got everything.
One of the last things to go in the trailer was the safe.
The movers arrived at the house yesterday morning, and by 1pm, all of our worldly possessions were unloaded. It's a good thing we built a big garage, cause lots of stuff is temporarily living there. Trying to figure out where all of the furniture was to be placed, caused a few "double moves" but the two kids were very patient, and their packing job was pretty good, because nothing was broken.
Both of our trailers are still fully loaded, but they're both in the garage, so no big hurry to tackle that project. Patty spent most of her time in the kitchen, while I worked in the office. It was early evening when we said "that's enough", and gave up for the day. Not only is everything here, but we put a small dent in getting it organized, and put away. We'll be back at it this morning.
