Everything is ready, I think, for the 10am delivery of 8 1/2 yards of concrete. At $87 a yard, the cost of concrete has stayed pretty stable over the years, unlike a lot of other things where the cost has skyrocketed. Most of that mud will go into the "Great Wall", and about a yard will be used for a walkway next to the garage. Except for the concrete truck driver, who doesn't have any responsibility other than to dump the load where I tell him, this is a true do it yourself project. Putting the mix in the wall should be pretty straightforward, and the 18 feet of walkway is something that I've done by myself on other occasions. I'll have pictures tomorrow.
