Even though I disagree with many of the decisions being made in D.C., this is still the greatest country in the world. The fact that we can have legitimate debate about government policies, without fear of reprisal, is one of the many things that sets the U.S. of A. apart from the rest of the world. Happy birthday America!
Caught an intestinal bug yesterday, and have been staying close to the facilities. I was hoping that I would be feeling better this morning, but now, I have a low grade fever, so instead of enjoying the BBQ and fireworks, I'll probably just stay put.
