TUCSON TO AFGHANISTAN

Miss Laila decided that since her Uncle Mike is currently in Afghanistan, she would send him a message.  Rather than use the snail mail, we decided to put her message on the blog, saving a lot of time. 

Mike is due back home in April, and we'll all be glad when that date rolls around.  In the meantime, keep your head down son, we''re all looking forward to your safe return.
 

We just got back from a couple mile hike, that took us off our property, along the Union Pacific RR tracks, and up Cienga Creek.  We found an amazing place, that is now known as our "secret hideout".
