THE TRAILER ARRIVES

It was around 2pm that Jim Maxie pulled into the rodeo grounds with the merchandise trailer that we will call home during the next 11 work days. For the next couple of hours, we mostly did some cleaning, and organizing. A quick re-familiarization with the scanners, credit card machine, and a few other things, brought us up to speed with most everything that we need to do while selling the official rodeo merchandise.

Part of the next 2 days will be spent in the trailer, doing a physical inventory of the merchandise, and getting everything else ready for the opening of the rodeo on Saturday. This is the same semi-trailer that we have used for the past several years, and most recently, it was used at the last 3 Indy Racing League races as the merchandise trailer for Danica Patrick.

We're scheduled to meet Chandra today, at Laila's school for lunch, and then we'll continue working in the trailer this afternoon. By mid day tomorrow, we should be just about ready for the cowboys and rodeo fans.
