WHERE'S BYCHANCE?

The past week has been a bit frustrating regarding this project. Creating the blog wasn't that big of a deal. Once created however, I have found that simply typing in the blog address on Googles search engine doesn't work. So, what good is a blog if nobody can find it? That's the question I'm still trying to answer. I found that in moving the blog to my favorites, and clicking on that takes me right to the blog. I'll figure it out, just might take some time. We don't leave till about the first week in May, so I still have a few weeks.

A CHANCE TO STAY IN TOUCH

I suppose that I'm not much different than most "baby boomers", particularly when it comes to the rapid advancement of technology. I'm always way behind my kids when it comes to things like online banking, cell phones, GPS devices, well, you get the idea. So, creating a blog is something I've been thinking about for awhile, but never took the next step. I always thought that keeping an online journal would be a great way to let our family and friends know where we are and what we're doing. Especially since we do a lot of traveling in our motorhome, this should be a great way to stay in touch with the people we care about. I have kept travel journals in the past, but by nature, those are typically very private. I hope to keep this blog current and relevant to where we are and what adventures we stumble across in our travels. Speaking of travel, we will be hitting the road about mid May, and we're planning a loop around the U.S. which hopefully will include the N.W., Yellowstone, The black Hills, New England, The Canadian Maritime Provinces, The Eastern Seaboard, & eventually back home to Lake Havasu City through the southern states in the fall. Other than that general itenary, our travel plans are usually made in jello! My intention regarding this online journal is much firmer however. I do want to keep it current, and at a minimum, post several times a week. We'll see how this goes...
